Renting a modern apartment in Saint John / Millidgeville has never been easier. If your question hasn’t been addressed below – simply ask and we’ll answer.

Our apartment complex is currently under construction, but if you would like to pre-lease a specific apartment or be added to our waiting list – please complete and submit our online application or form and we will call you with details.

Residents have access to paid underground or an above ground lighted parking area.

Rent is paid on the same date each month using direct deposit.

Residents are responsible for paying apartment utilities.

If you lose your key or fob, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Yes, there is an identified area for visitors.

Yes, each apartment has a washer, dryer, fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave included.

Yes, we offer a gym facility for all of our tenants

No, residents must provide their own furnishings.

Yes we are a pet friendly building, however we do have some restrictions.

Yes, all residents must provide proof of renters insurance prior to move-in.

You will need to complete our application process, and be approved by our management team.

We will review your application and typically respond between 2-3 business days.
